Three spreads made for the book "Persuasive Volume 3, 2017". Each spread illustrates a different narrative depending on the band’s vibes, lyrics and sound. The first is based on the alternative rock/electropop/indie pop band LANY, and their album "LANY". The second is based on the English rock band, The 1975, and their indie pop/rock album titled "I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it". The third is based on Troye Sivan's electropop/ indie pop album "Blue Neighborhood".

NF is an artist who is publicly fighting the battle to silence his inner demons, deal with the pressure, be REAL with his listeners, and use music as therapy for his own mind. Over the last three years, he has released three major albums that speak the truth about his struggles. Living with depression, anxiety, and the memory of his traumatic family life, he is breaking all expectations that society has decided for him.
Throughout this composition, I wanted to encompass the intensity and dark mood in which his music depicts. The main figure is filled with hand-drawn illustrations that harmonize with his lyrics, while the secondary figures support his diverse character.

Inspired by albums from "The 1975", more specifically the song "Love Me". My goal of this piece was to capture the physical presence of Matty, the singer of the band, and his demeanor as he performs.

A piece inspired by "Autumn in London", a concept that is closely related to my personal experiences and interests, but with a larger focus on Autumn and its natural decadence.

A commissioned piece for a spa/skin care business in Chicago, IL. The vision of the slogan “More Than a Pretty Face” was executed by illustrating bright and fun pink/purple flowers - emphasizing the simple beauty that lives within us all.
